Printers rented by our clients with the RelaxRate package are monitored 24/7 by a system that transmits real-time data to our technical support team. The advantages of the service include:
  • No need to call technical support specialists and organize toner replacements. All of this is done automatically.
  • Printer data is easily accessible remotely, allowing the majority of repair work to be done remotely. If there is a need for an on-site visit, we will already have precise information about the issue, and our specialists will arrive well-prepared.
  • Maximum device uptime. Transmitting printer data remotely allows us to analyze and address issues, check the usage time of individual parts, and take preventive actions immediately.
  • Printer counters are periodically read automatically, and at the end of the month, a monthly invoice is generated.
