  Printgroove JT Web 4 provides a complete online order desk for fast and easy order placement. Its intuitive user interface makes the ordering process simple and provides online preview of the final product, including important details like staples, punch holes and paper colour.
• Instant online quotation
  Printgroove JT Web 4 calculates the price for every print product immediately. Every detail, e.g. b/w or colour prints, output format, etc. is included in the automatic calculation. With any change, for example to the number of sets, JT Web 4 will instantly amend the price.
• Smart user administration and individual GUIs
  Printgroove JT Web 4 can look different for different user groups. The software’s smart administration functionality lets the administrator define the perfect GUI for each user group, using individual colours, changing steps in the order process, displaying or hiding input boxes, making entries mandatory or voluntary. Individual prices and even a specific language can be assigned per customer group.
• Efficient print room management
  Printgroove JT Web 4 includes a print room management section that provides administrative functions related to products, prices and users. Production routines can be monitored, overviews and statistics called up on all activities. Print processes can be analysed in detail, and production planning improved, e.g. for urgent jobs or open tasks.
